Q1. When can I get the quotation?
A. We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q2. How about the payment?
A: T/T, L/C, D/P, 30% of value advanced with the order and the balance to be paid before delivery.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q4. How about the delivery time?
A: Generally, 10-35days after order confirm. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. How about the load of container?
A: Load of 20ft container is about 7-8tons, load of 40ft container is about 18-19tons, depend on packing.

Q6. Do you offer free samples?
A: Sure, we can provide samples for free, but you need to pay for shipping. If you have order with us, you will be our VIP customer, all your samples will be free of charge, we will send you sample, documents, etc.

Q7. What is the MOQ for each item?
A: We handle business very flexibly. For most of the items in our collection in our own brand, no MOQ needed if we have stocks. But smaller order leads to a higher price.

Q8. How do you control the quality?
A: We will perform a 100% quality inspection during the production process, then perform random inspections before packaging and take photos and archive them after packaging.

Q9. Can i get any discount?
A: We focus on quality, the price is based on product quality, and we will also try our best to meet your requirements to reflects our services and capabilities.

Q10. Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A: Don't worry. we will arrange the most suitable transportation method for you based on your order quantity.

Q11. Can you make OEM or ODM service?
A: Yes, we can accept OEM service. However, we also have our own designer team and welcome to choose our ODM product.
